1. Eligibility for Returns
To ensure the highest hygiene and quality standards for all customers, returned apparel must meet the following:
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and free from scents (perfume/detergent), pet hair, or smoke.
- All original Primemanfashion tags and packaging must be intact.
- “Final Sale” items and personalized goods are not eligible for return unless defective.

3. How to Start a Return
Email support@primemanfashion.shop with your Order ID and photos of the item. Once authorized, we will provide the return address and instructions. Please do not send items back without prior approval.
4. Refunds & Processing
Once we receive and inspect your return (within 2 business days), we will notify you of the approval. Approved refunds are credited back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Note: Original shipping fees ($6.99) are non-refundable.
