Q: What is your return window?

We offer a 30-day return period from the date of confirmed delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and have all original Primemanfashion tags attached.

Q: Who covers the return shipping costs?

We cover shipping for defective or incorrect items. For size exchanges or change-of-mind, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.

4. Product & Sizing

Q: How do I know which size to order?

We provide detailed size guides for our Jackets, Shirts, and Jeans. We recommend measuring a similar item you already own and comparing it to our chart before purchasing.

Q: Are the colors exactly as shown in the photos?

We aim for 100% accuracy. However, due to professional studio lighting and different monitor calibrations, fabric colors may vary slightly in person.
